The HELPMXRIDERS.ORG "BLOCKBUSTER RAFFLE" ( Also referred to as "the raffle" or "the contest") is a charitable gaming contest conducted by "The Grand Vitesse Foundation For Transport" ("The Grand Vitesse Foundation" or "The Foundation"), an Ohio incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit as defined by The Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The contest is conducted in strict compliance with Ohio laws and regulations regarding charitable gaming activities. Laws of other States may vary. All transactions related to raffle will be conducted as Ohio transactions. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their entry is legal.
- As stated, the raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited, forbidden or otherwise restricted.
- Winners of cash prizes do not need to be present at any event, promotion or exhibition to be awarded prize.
- Entering raffle by purchasing one or more tickets (also referred to as entry or entries) or legally obtaining raffle by other method, such as through a promotional event constitutes full and unconditional agreement with terms as set forth.
- Ticket purchased made by invalid/declined/reported stolen/altered credit, debit or charge card (s) or rejected by any financial institution, any check returned for insufficient funds, or otherwise dishonored/rejected, or obtained by any financial instrument deemed other than "good funds" will not be valid, and shall be deemed void. Void tickets will not be available for any prize award, refund or other compensation. Attempts at fraud will be prosecuted under all applicable Federal, State and international laws.
- All raffle entrants must be a minimum of eighteen years of age (18) or of whatever age deemed "age of majority in their State, District, Province, or United States Territory/other jurisdiction of domicile.
- Employees of "The Grand Vitesse Foundation," and immediate family members, or other closely related such as "step" or adoptive adult children, any contractor or party contracted to, or participating in creation, printing, or distribution/sales of tickets or ticket related materials, or having access to proprietary information regarding contest, ticket sales, marketing, distribution, manufacturing, or similar/related activity will be deemed ineligible to participate in raffle, and may not purchase or otherwise obtain entry. Any ticket presented by ineligible party will be deemed void and prize or refund will not be offered.
- All raffle tickets will be entered in official hopper when received. Hopper will be designed in such a way as to rotate, spin, vibrate or blow about tickets via force of air or other energy source in such a manner as to ensure randomness of outcome. Drawing will take place in a public forum and will be witnessed by members of public, media or other parties. The actual person (s) drawing winning entries shall have no stake in the outcome and may not be entered in raffle.
- Drawing will take place within seven days following conclusion of 2025 "Stadium Motocross" (AKA Supercross) season ( actual date to be announced in October 2024), or within seven days of verified sales of two thousand (2,000) tickets.
- Prizes will be awarded as followed:
- 1- Grand Prize of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) cash.
- 1 -Runner up Prize of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) cash.
- 1-3rd Prize of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) cash.
- 1-4th Prize of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) cash.
- 100 Additional prizes which will include race tickets, and merchandise items.
- Drawing for non-cash prizes will take place prior to cash raffle. Those winning non-cash items will have ticket redeposited in official entry hopper and will be eligible for cash prize awards.
- Odds of winning prize (based upon single ticket purchase): approximately 1 in 20.
- If less than 1951 tickets are sold by contest deadline raffle will become a 50/50 style drawing with 50% of proceeds going to 1 winning ticket holder.
- All taxes will be the responsibility of prize winner, and will be withheld in accordance with Federal and State of Ohio Law.
- If contest is cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full and complete refund. Refund of ticket price shall be sole and complete remedy for any dispute regardless of nature.
